What we do.

We work as an extension of your office. You keep the design decisions and the sign-off. We do the drawing, modelling and checking work that fills your week.

Technical drawings

Plans, sections, elevations, details and as-built drawings. Sketches, scans and PDFs redrawn in CAD, and existing drawings updated from your markups.

3D modelling

Models built from 2D drawings or sketches, for checking clashes, showing a client the design or preparing production drawings.

Feasibility support

Layout options, area and volume schedules and simple massing, so you can compare options fast.We prepare the drawings and figures. Your engineer or architect of record decides and signs off.

CAD consulting

CAD templates and layer standards, title blocks, drawing checks, and a clear process when you start outsourcing.
